I love food, it's what brought me to nutrition and keeps me engaged as a Registered Dietitian. I work with clients to have peace with food, both in English and Spanish. I work with Fay Nutrition to accept insurance plans for nutritional consultations.
With businesses, I utilize strategies to navigate regulatory compliance and changes. I leverage my expertise in food service administration to create culturally diverse and seasonal menus, perform nutritional analysis, and conduct engaging cooking demonstrations. These initiatives not only enhanced the nutritional quality and variety but also supported the overall well-being and satisfaction of clients.
I also provide group education on nutrition, health or wellness related topics, as well as food/cooking demos.
