I grew up in San Diego, California where I fell in love with cooking and adventure. I played many sports and enjoyed outdoor activities.
I attended California State University, Long Beach, California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Food Administration - Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in Spanish.
I then moved to Madrid, Spain for three years where I perfected my Spanish which allowed me to complete the Dietetic Internship residency with the Department of Health of Puerto Rico in San Juan.
For the past 5 years, I've been working in various roles in New York City, in nutrition, pharma and project management.
Peace. I love food and my goal is to promote peace with food. I believe that foods should be enjoyed and I strive to help build that peace with my clients.
I have always enjoyed having variety at work and creating process to increase efficiency. I currently work managing highly regulated projects in food service and nutrition.
